Great personnel, pretty friendly and helpful specially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a great offer. The receptionist is amazing, is familiar with good places to go to for visitors.

The reserving method is surprisingly easy and intuitive, the hotel and restaurant service is excellent, extremely attentive and helpful, the hotel is renovated as well as the rooms are incredibly clean.

Fantastic place, anything is nearby. Staff members are super pleasant and useful and speak good English. There are activities every night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only thing was my bed for being a bit noisy but that’s incredibly minor. Wonderful quality for the money!

Me and my partner stayed here for two or three days to checking out the city. Dunhuang Xintai Hotel is located in a very central placement, it is clean as well as the beds are certainly comfortable! There is only one issue I would suggest heading forward and that’s to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. Overall, We were very happy with this stay and will surely endorse it to everyone wanting to head to Dunhuang.
